The Opportunity
A Palm Desert estate reimagined as a luxury micro wellness resort — designed to evolve beyond the traditional vacation rental model into a destination-driven hospitality experience. Envisioned as a setting for restorative stays, wellness retreats, intimate gatherings, and future brand activations and retreats, the property blends immersive design with a slower, more intentional way of living.
The Vision
To create a transportive, immersive desert retreat inspired by Mallorca , Spain — restorative, tactile, sun-washed, and deeply connected to wellness, slow living, and the emotional experience of place. Through thoughtful materiality and spatial storytelling, the design brings a refined modern, Mediterranean sensibility into the desert landscape.
The Transformation
Warm minimalism, layered textures, custom tile moments, and softened architectural and unexpected forms shape a refined sense of escape throughout the property. Inspired by Mallorca’s architectural beauty, tile was used as a storytelling element — introducing rhythm, craftsmanship, and subtle moments of discovery across the experience.

The feeling is immediate: calm, grounded, elevated. Indoor-outdoor living, restorative spaces, and sensory-driven design create an atmosphere that encourages guests to slow down, reconnect, and fully settle into the destination.
